• The wrong item was received.

• The item is lost during shipment and confirmed by the carrier.

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
